Second meeting of International Advisory Group
On 30 and 31 October 2008, the International Advisory Group (IAG) for the UNESCO World Conference on Education for Sustainable Development will meet at UNESCO Headquarters. The Group's 14 experts on Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) provide advice on preparations of the World Conference.
At its Paris meeting, the IAG will not only discuss format and facilitators of the Conference workshops but will also provide its expertise regarding the drafting process of a Conference declaration and advise on the selection of projects for a good practice exhibition at the Conference venue. Also the project-based workshops, which will be held at ESD projects outside the Conference venue, will be on the agenda.
